The Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts is the first Swiss university of applied sciences to have its own School of Information Technology. More than 600 students are enrolled in the bachelor’s degree programs in Digital Ideation, Computer Science and Business Information Technology and master’s degree programs in Engineering and Business Information Technology at the Zug-Rotkreuz campus. The School of Information Technology is focusing its research on new areas of interest, ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning and mobile and smart systems all the way to blockchain, smart contracts and visual computing. Numerous partners from the public and private sector benefit from the project skills and professional expertise of the researchers.
Continuing and executive education programs include the Master of Advanced Studies and Certificate of Advanced Studies in four attractive specialist areas.
